Vazquez was thrilled to win the Sportsmanship Award from Premier Equestrian. Vazquez is at the Winter Equestrian Festival for the circuit and won the Premier Sportsmanship Award while competing Messeto, a horse owned by a client, in the 3”3’ Pre Green division. “Messeto is green and this was his first shot at showing but he did great,” Vazquez said, adding that the gelding was imported from Europe. “I know he will really progress during the circuit.”
Heidi Zorn, President of Premier Equestrian, congratulated Vazquez on winning the Premier Equestrian Sportsmanship Award. “Being a good sport is certainly the mark of a successful rider and Premier is pleased to highlight good sports throughout the Winter Equestrian Festival,” she said. “I know Jodi will enjoy her gift certificate from Premier.
